  • Led large SAP programs at the coal face and the board room; Activate aware, cutover & hypercare realities; governance with SI/business; translates delivery risk into adoption moves.

  • S/4 + integration design background; connects architecture to role / UX / security impacts; scans SAP roadmap and brings design choices back to adoption. Understands the SAP tech landscape and how future applications fast track adoption.

  • SAP Fiori + service design; persona journeys; XM measurement that actually shifts behaviour; accessibility and simplicity champion. SAP BTP and its application to support Solution Adoption.

  • Enable Now / WalkMe hands-on; content factory & analytics; Joule/AI use-cases with guardrails; cuts hype from value.

  • Hyped with AI trends and application with Joule copilot. Understands how to fast track solution adoption; improve change experience with market leading AI innovation. On the artificial pulse. Remains organic.

    1. Elevates solution adoption as an artform, not an afterthought.

    2. Tracks shifts in the global SAP current — from new tech to broken promises.

    1. We convene quarterly (3 hours, virtual). No PowerPoint theatre. A lean agenda + open exchange.

    2. Members don’t execute. They feed the signal. SAI acts.

    3. Commitment: 12 months, volunteer basis.
