Solution Adoption Institute© — Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Solution Adoption Institute© (“SAI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, tools, assessments, resources, or community spaces, you (“you,” “your,” “member,” “visitor”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
1. Purpose & Independence
The Solution Adoption Institute© is an independent, community-driven organisation dedicated to advancing SAP Solution Adoption (OCM, UX, XM, Digital Adoption & Learning).
We are not affiliated with SAP SE, its subsidiaries, or any System Integrator (SI). All references to SAP products, services, or trademarks are for informational purposes only.
Nothing on this site should be interpreted as SAP official guidance, certification, or endorsement.
2. Membership & Access
Membership plans (paid) grant access to specific resources, events, and community benefits as described on our website.
Founders’ or promotional offers are time-limited and may change without notice.
Memberships auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Members may cancel anytime through their account settings.
3. Community Roles & Chapter Leads
Chapter Lead appointments are voluntary roles, not employment. They carry no financial compensation or legal obligations.
Appointments are typically set for 12 months and may be refreshed, rotated, or concluded at SAI’s discretion to bring new perspectives into the community.
Any public reference to being a “Chapter Lead” should be accurate, community-focused, and not imply formal representation, employment, or commercial agency of SAI.
4. Events, Assessments & Tools
Our assessments (e.g., SCAI™, SCRI™) and tools are guidance frameworks. They are provided as self-serve or consultant-led resources to shape adoption conversations.
Scores, recommendations, and outputs are indicative only and should not replace professional advice, organisational due diligence, or project governance.
Availability of free assessments is limited and not guaranteed.
Any workshops, clinics, or events are community learning sessions and do not create a client-consultant relationship.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, models, graphics, and materials provided by SAI (including but not limited to SCAI™, SCRI™, Adoption Studio™, Adoption Vault™, Adoption Copilot™, OCM Yield™, Benchmark Navigator™, etc.) are proprietary.
Members and community participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use templates, tools, and resources for their own organisational or project purposes.
Redistribution, resale, or misrepresentation of SAI materials as your own is not permitted without express written consent from an authorised SAI employee. Chapter Leads and other voluntary appointments are not empowered to grant such permissions.
6. SAP & Third-Party Tools
SAP®, SAP S/4HANA®, SAP Signavio®, SAP Enable Now®, SAP Fiori®, SAP Joule® and other SAP product names are registered trademarks of SAP SE.
WalkMe® and other third-party names mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.
Any discussion of SAP or third-party software within SAI materials is commentary only and should not be taken as product warranties, licensing advice, or official guidance.
7. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate, evidence-based resources, SAI makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, project success, or adoption results.
You are responsible for how you interpret and apply SAI resources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAI disclaims all liability for loss, damages, or claims arising from use of our website, tools, or community spaces.
8. Privacy & Data Handling
We respect your privacy. Limited information may be collected for membership, newsletters, assessments, or event registrations.
